How does it work?

Harnessing the popularity of Facebook, our referrals promote products by sharing pictures and links to this site. When you sign up as a referral, you will be given a unique referral discount code. This discount code can be your name (ie. ‘james’) or anything you want (ie. ’superman’). When someone buys from this site and enters your discount code, you get a 25% cut of the sales price.

Why would a customer be motivated to use my discount code? Can’t he/she just buy without entering any discount code?

Like the name suggests, entering a discount code gives the customer a discount of 10% off their item price. Everyone wants a bargain, so it’s only natural for them to want to enter a discount code.

Is this worth my effort and how much do I stand to earn?

Your earning power is derived from the popularity of Facebook.

Let’s say you have 300 Facebook friends and you share your discount code one Sunday night. Suppose only 1% (3 friends) of your friends decide to buy a watch (each friend buys 1 watch @ $24 each), you have made $18 with barely 2 minutes of work. Remember that not all your friends would be at home to see the link. Hence, you might want to share the link again the following Sunday night (once a week). Assuming 1% of your friends respond per week, you would earn $72 in a month. This probably covers more than your monthly phone bill. For a total of 8 minutes work per month, we would say it’s worth the ‘effort’. How’s that for some easy extra income?

Also, your link gains more visiblity when your friends comment on your link, because their friends occasionally see links that their friends comment on, resulting in a mass effect. We will also be adding more products to our store in the future, increasing the likelihood of you making more sales.

How do I share a watch design on Facebook?

1. Go to a specific watch gallery (ie Fruity Series) and copy the link. Paste this link into the Share box in Facebook. Be sure that the link is pasted. Facebook will detect what you are sharing as a link and insert a small preview of the site right below it.

2. You can scroll through the arrows to select the specific watch you want to share. The various titles and descriptions are fully editable. Simply click on them to enter your own customised message with your discount code.

Will my friends think I’m spamming them?

You are sharing links on your own profile, not on a specific friend’s wall, hence this does not count as spamming. We do not encourage you to spam your friends’ profiles directly as it will come across as explicit hard sell. Our recommendation for sharing of your discount code is once a week. Be subtle. If people like what the store has to offer, they will buy something and enter your discount code. Remember that they get a 10% discount by using your discount code!

How do I track my earnings and when/how do I get paid?

You will be given a link with which you can use to track your earnings anytime. You will be paid on the 1st of every month and payments will be credited into your bank account directly. The minimum amount required in your commission pool to be eligible for payout is $10.

What if someone orders with my discount code but does not pay for the product / goes missing?

Their order will be void and you will not receive the commission since no sale was made.

How can I trust that you are giving me the commission I deserve for referring buyers, and not getting free advertising from me?

We can only assure you here, that we have morals and will not pocket your share. However, unless you know any of the staff at ULTRANEAT personally, we understand that you may find it hard to trust us. Therefore it is up to you to decide if you want to sign up with us. That said, we promise that all commissions due to our referrals will be duly credited into their commission pools. You can check your earnings online anytime by using the link we provide you. The above scenario found under ‘how much can I earn’ is just an estimate and may/may not happen for you. If sales are not moving for you, don’t be disheartened! Keep sharing your discount code occasionally. Besides Facebook, you can also give out your discount code on your blog, or on forums. Some forums do not allow advertising of websites, so be sure you are not breaking any rules.
