I must say, TS has really good service for customers. I requested for about 18 previews and I was given all of them promptly. Because I could not decide initially, so I kept asking for previews of the watches. The 18 previews wasn’t requested all at one go, but TS patiently showed me the previews each time I requested something different. TS satisfied all my requests of the previews and I do feel very happy to purchase something from him. Last but not least, TS’s attitude was very good. Throughout all the emails conversation, I did not even sensed a bit of impatience. TS was very patient to get all my requests done.
